Easy enough for the kids to make. Brown sugar on top is a must!
The original recipe is on a scrap piece of paper, but most likely was a KRAFT recipe. It used white sugar. My daughters prefer brown sugar, so that is how this change was made.

I usually double this recipe as one batch is gone before they are cooled. Try making them in various sizes & add chocolate chips!
Ingredients
- 3-4 mashed bananas
- 1 cup Miracle Whip
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups flour
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F
- Line muffin tins with paper cups - 12 large or 24 mini
- Mash bananas and beat together with Miracle Whip and sugar
- Add baking soda and vanilla
- Add flour 1/4 cup at a time
- Fill muffin cups 3/4 full each
- Sprinkle brown sugar on tops for extra sweetness
- Bake for 20 - 25 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool for 5 minutes and remove and cover to keep moist.
